Impossible to tell you which is better because one man's treasure could just be the next man's trash when it comes to masks.
We all have individualized preferences, wants and needs. Your wants and needs might be totally different from mine or the next person.
For me...both the F10 and F20 would be in my "trash" category because I simply can't stand anything touching the bridge of my nose area.
Other people don't mind it at all and like it.

I found the F20 to be more comfortable than the F10. I have a very narrow bridge on my nose, and I could not get the F10 to seal across the bridge of my nose without pulling the straps very snug which irritated my nose and made it red and sore. The F20 sealed much better without being as snug.

I have tried both and I have always had trouble with sealing and mask sores on my nose bridge. To me, the F20 gives me a good seal around the nose bridge area and offers enough mask flexibility to prevent damage to the bridge of my nose. I do have to protect the bridge area with a strip of medical tape and moleskin, but it is a excellent sacrifice to move from my previous mask.... a total mask to a full face mask. The F20 harness has magnetic clips vs the F10 "hooks". I like this because of the ease of putting on the mask. With the F10, I had to fumble with getting the harness straps around the hooks. I also like the ease of the on/off connection of the cushion on the F20.

As you can see, I am a big fan of the F20, but please take my comments as a grain of salt. As Pugs stated, what works for me may not work for you. Heck, the points I appreciate may be a nuisance to you. I often suspect that when a forum member talks up a piece of equipment, it may end up giving up false hopes to another member.... only to be disappointed and frustrated (for spending money) later.
