My air app not working

I downloaded and registered my new resmed air sense 10 but when I got up this morning it says machine wasn't used last night
How do I get the machine to be recognized my Dr got nothing from my machine

You need to give it a while to update. I didn't see my first day's results until noon time. You will receive an email telling you that they are ready to view the first day. The info is not real valuable. Get the Sleepyhead software. I can't imagine being on this therapy without Sleepyhead.

Check settings to make sure it is not in airplane mode.

My first machine would not send data to Resmed. The phone modem in the machine was bad. They replaced the machine after one month.

No great loss, unfortunately. My Air doesn't give you any more information than the machine report gives you in the morning: compliance hours, leak rate, ahi. Plus how many times you took your mask off (or turned the machine off, I assume). That's it. My Air is essentially useless. It doesn't tell you CAs vs. OAs. Hypopneas. Total time in apnea. Flow restrictions. 95% pressure. Or snore. Just total AHI, just like the machine does in the morning.

I had a terrible night a while ago. But my air gave me a thumbs up. Their "score" of how well you are doing is heavily weighted for compliance rather than AHI, so hours of use and leak rate and how few times you turned off the machine get a crapload of weight. My Air is really just a fancy compliance tool.

When my spouse and I got our machines this past summer My Air takes a day to register in their system after you’ve signed up. On day two after signing up I still wasn’t seeing data so what I did was power cycled our units and within 30 minutes our My Air data was suddenly available.

My father had a similar experience where he got his machine, I signed him up for MyAir and after three days nothing but after power cycle it all showed up within 30-60 minutes.

I have the same problem for 3 days now. The MyAIr app will not connect to my account. I logged into my account via the website and I was able to get in and my data. I also noticed the website had a revision update. So I went back into App Store but it did not show any rev update available.

I am thinking the website rev'd to the next level and the app did not catch up. I will continue to monitor the app and the App Store. If not, it looks like sleepyhead is in my future.

My app isn't working either. It is showing that they are experiencing technical difficulties.

I just checked my app at 11:10 am 16OCT19 and it is now working with all the data up to date.

It's usually late morning before my data is available on the app
