AirMini Clinical Menu
AirMini Clinical Menu
The AirMini’s clinical menu is accessed by simultaneously pressing both the Resmed and AirMini logos during app startup.
The only problem is that on the iPhone Xs the app loads so quickly that there’s no time to press the logos before the app loads the home screen.
Can anyone offer any suggestions as to what I can try?
Thanks!

On Android, you tap the Bluetooth icon in the app, then press the icons on resulting settings page. Does this not work on the iPhone?mdreuben wrote:The AirMini’s clinical menu is accessed by simultaneously pressing both the Resmed and AirMini logos during app startup.

Re: AirMini Clinical Menu
It's the same on the iPhone, except that on the new Xs the app loads so fast there's no time to press the icons that appear on the loading page.
Re: AirMini Clinical Menu
That's not the same. On Android, the app is fully loaded. On the Dashboard screen, there is a Bluetooth icon. You tap it, then have an opportunity to enter the clinician menu by pressing and holding the logo icons.mdreuben wrote:It's the same on the iPhone, except that on the new Xs the app loads so fast there's no time to press the icons that appear on the loading page.

Ah, I see what you're saying. Unfortunately, there isn't that option on the iPhone.

Clearly the solution is to switch to an Android phone!mdreuben wrote:Ah, I see what you're saying. Unfortunately, there isn't that option on the iPhone.

Re: AirMini Clinical Menu
Try clicking he Bluetooth icon on the dashboard. then click on the Resmed and AirMini logos together. Thats how you get into the clinical menu once initial setup is complete. I was trying to do the same thing with an iPhone X, till i learned how to get to the menu the above way.
Good luck

Luckily, it is pretty much a secret.

Re: AirMini Clinical Menu
Are you referring to a first-time setup, or going back into Clinical Mode afterwards? I also have an iPhone X and cannot keep the Welcome screen open long enough to hold both icons down. If I press the Bluetooth icon afterwards from the dashboard, the two icons shown on the next screen are not pressable.rileyrd22 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 07, 2018 5:51 amTry clicking he Bluetooth icon on the dashboard. then click on the Resmed and AirMini logos together. The clinical manual at page 15 says:
Although it is not spelled out in the manual, I think that one needs to do a factory reset on the device and set up from scratch. Can anyone confirm this?Note: This option is only visible until the terms and conditions have been accepted. Once they are accepted, it is no longer possible to access clinical mode from the Welcome screen

Re: AirMini Clinical Menu
The previous poster is correct. I have an iPhone X. Press the Bluetooth icon on the dashboard. The next screen that comes up that says ‘your AirMini machine is connected and ready to use’ has two small resmed and AirMini icons above the picture of the machine. They don’t ‘feel’ clickable but if you press and hold on both of them simultaneously the clinical menu will pop up. I counted and it’s roughly about a 2 second press.
Definitely no reboot needed.
