I think FFM works for me because it's far more difficult for my unconscious self to yank off. I had a bunch of mouth leaks and tried everything (tape, mouth guard, chinstrap, you name it) - FFM was the only option. I'm using the DreamWear - perhaps you can try the style that doesn't go over the bridge of your nose? Always worth a try - I thought I'd be claustrophobic too, but I actually adjusted pretty quickly!

Try one of the hybrid style masks, click on the name of mine in my signature to see it. They use pillows and cover the mouth ensuring no loss of therapy air. I can't see my mask when it's on. I have claustrophobia.

Great idea! Thank you! I actually slept with the mask on last night for 4 hours for the first time. My AHI is still high but no leaks?? Confused
