My guess--they are dismissing the 7% because they are not finishing the math.
The one thing they are forgetting is that those people are already frustrated--and VOCAL.
Capture these faces, and win our word of mouth--by far some of the best referrals.
Respironics has already rejected the harder to fit--if Resmed were smart . . . Oops, I forgot.

The Resmed new release say's :-
Availability
AirFit F30 will be available later this year in select countries. It will be on display this weekend at the European Respiratory Society Congress in Paris at ResMed’s Booth J.04.
