Resmed Aircurve Vauto Setup

Recently bought machine from a forum member. Currently getting good results from ResMed 10 Airsense Auto. 17 max,. 10 min, EPR 3. What would be equivalent settings on the Aircurve? Thanks.

If you want to essentially match the settings on the AutoSet

Auto Mode
Minimum EPAP 7
PS 3
Maximum IPAP 17

Thanks for recommendations. Why is the Minimum EPAP at 7 and not 10?

Because PS is added to EPAP to get IPAP when using a bilevel machine and when using EPR on the AutoSet in apap mode or even fixed cpap mode it's subtracted from IPAP to give you EPAP.

If you had minimum EPAP of 10 on the VAuto and PS of 3 then you would be having 10 exhale and 13 inhale on the bilevel.

When you were using the AutoSet with 10 minimum and EPR of 3....your IPAP was 10 and EPAP was 7 because EPR comes off the minimum setting.

Hard for some people to wrap their heads around how it works.
Stop and think about what your inhale and exhale actually is while awake with both machines.
