Best AHI To Date

Post by edatlanta » Thu Sep 06, 2018 4:39 am

I started with my CPAP back in February and had absolutely zero problems getting used to it which I know I'm lucky. My AHI's are usually 1.0 +/- a few points which I'm certainly happy with. Last night I hit a new low:

Hours CPAP time: 6 hrs 43 minutes
Mask Fit: 100%
AHI: 0.1

Loving life and my CPAP.

Congratulations.

Now the people who aren't having an easy time of it will probably want to make a voodoo doll with your name on it and stick pins in it.

The voodoo doll thing was something that 49er (Vivian) and I used to do. We would joke about making our respective voodoo dolls when the Nats played the Cardinals just to see who had more black magic.....me or her.
And sometimes she would enlist me to make a voodoo doll for someone the Nats were playing and it wasn't the Cardinals so I would help her out.

God I miss her. She did love her Nats.

You don't think she accidentally left pins stuck in the back of one of those dolls, do you?

I sure hope not. If she did they backfired on the Nats this season for sure. She's probably turning over in her grave with how bad they are playing.

And she would never stick pins in a voodoo doll with my name on it.   At least I don't think she would have done that.
Probably more like something the alphabet boy would do.

My husband had a 0.2 AHI yesterday with 7.2 hours use. That has been his best since being diagnosed in February also. Made the switch to an ASV machine 3 weeks ago and had great results with that switch. I don't even know what to do with myself without asking him if he needs setting changes LOL
