Sleepy Head - just dies - can I get a link to Encore Basic?

I downloaded the Sleepyhead software but it just crashes and does not work for me.
I copied the SD Card (I dont have it anymore as I had to send it to the Sleep Professional) but it is the exact file structure.
I even shared the folder and mapped a drive so like Z:\ but it does nothing or it just shutsdown with no errors.
Can anyone share a link to Encore basic? I just want to see what I have in the few days that I have tried a machine.
The machine is a Phillips - Auto CPAP - I dont know much more than that but this is the details from the properties.txt file

You can go here...you need to register and log in to be able to see the areas in the forum that will explain how to request Encore Basic (which should work with your PR S1 model 561 Auto CPAP). The instructions for obtaining the software are in a private area.
You could also request and use Encore Pro which will also work but Encore Pro is a bigger pain to install and use than Basic.

Try Encore Basic...it works on the System One machines like you have and it's not nearly as much of a PITA to install and use than Pro is.

If you take the SD card out of a PR S1 561 and send it to somebody (which means you no longer have it), you can take another SD card – a blank one that you buy – and put it in the 561.
And the 561 will then detect that the card is blank – and will write another copy of the data. For at least a year's worth.
You can then use that SD card with any computer, and appropriate software.
The PR S1 561 will do the same if you ever have an SD card that develops a fault, or just goes phut. Just ditch it, and put in a new and blank one.
As regards copying the data from the SD card to your computer, it's best to let Sleepyhead decided how to do that – and in which folder to put it. It's designed that way as an ease-of-use feature.
If you decide where to copy the data to – F:\ G:\ Z:\ etc – that may not work for active use, although you're free to place an archive - that is, inactive - copy where you like.
Also, the '1' in 561 suggests your machine was bought or supplied outside the US. It would help people give you the most appropriate information if you give your location.

Hmmmm.....don't know why they aren't responding.
I used to have a copy but I don't have it on this computer...it's on the old laptop that has a bad power supply and is essentially dead in the water.
Let me see what I can find out.

In regards to the SD card that fixed the issue with the Sleepy Head app not doing anything and crashing.
But at 96% of loading the data the app just dies again.

I am sorry but I am zero help with SH and any error messages.
My go to routine when SH acts up is try a new user profile first and if that doesn't fix whatever problem then I uninstall...go get a fresh download, install again and then try.
SH will try to find the SD card in whatever drive letter the SD card is in.
Now if you are directing SH to a folder on your computer then inside that folder has to be a mirror copy of the SD card and you direct it only to the P-Series folder.

It wouldn't be impossible for there to be a problem with the machine writing data to it's internal memory. Meaning the problem is in the machine itself and not fixable...he got an old used machine for trial purposes only...maybe it is a lemon or broken. Unknown number of hours on it.
If it won't even do compliance hours...it's messed up.
I wonder if he got Encore up and running and if so...what it shows.

There's something in the file structure that SleepyHead can't handle.
There are no xxx.005 files at all which are the flow rate graphs and have to go directly to the SD card during use. Maybe the SD card wasn't in the machine during the night when the machine was in use?????
I suspect something not quite right in the files that were saved to the desktop is why SH is barfing things up. Probably some little corrupted file.
At any rate. I have an Encore report that I can zip/compress and email it to you as an attachment so you can see what was going on.
The pressure settings they used were sub optimal...minimum too low typical thing...plus they had it set in that damn opt start crap mode which never really did anything because you need 30 days for opt start to try to pick an optimal pressure for you.
