Never. My S9 auto takes care of pressure changes. I just sleep.

Soundly.

The OSA patient died quietly in his sleep.
Unlike his passengers who died screaming as the car went over the cliff...

Careful, in this day and age of "information", common sense is so rare that it may as well be considered a superpower.
Sad but true. Everyday I am blown away by the lack of common sense I see.
Sometimes I wonder how people know to wipe their behinds without help from someone telling them how to do it and what brand of toilet paper works best and how often to do it.
Depending on how much time you've got, we could have a VERY lengthy discussion on that, given that I am essentially a modern-day adult babysitter with a badge. I often wonder how some folks manage to walk down a sidewalk and somehow manage to not get hit by a bus.

Is that a giant Mak-Cass you're standing with in your profile?

Oof, I'll bet you can see some nice things with that. It's a far cry from my little 130mm reflector (f/5). But hey, I can easily separate the rings of Saturn or gas cloud bands on Jupiter.

He was only hitting his minimum pressure once per night - at the start of therapy and his pressures were staying snugged up against his maximum pressure for most the night...night after night...for years!.

His pressure never got up to his new maximum (but close). He looks and feels much more rested.
And, this is why, for the vast majority of people... do not lower the max pressure.. Max pressure is immaterial for *most* people.

If you'd left his max pressure at 20, for these *years*, he'd have been sleeping better.

Yes, raising the min pressure would have helped even more.

Post some charts.

Then there's the darwin award candidates that DO manage to get hit by a bus.
