Congratulations! For those of us struggling to get the AHI even occasionally under 5.0, that is like the impossible dream!

Congratulations, I just happen to have hit my one and only 0.00 AHI last week as well. It was only a 5.5 hour night, but still a first for me.

Both pillows were foam from Sams. The one I was using was for side sleepers. I went back to a previously purchased foam pillow 1/3 less deep from sams also. Had an .03 last night. Feeling blessed

Assuming you mean Sam's Club bulk variety store etc..
So to be specific, you are NOT using a special CPAP pillow but just a regular foam pillow from Sams club??
We're talking memory foam?? Any special contours for the neck? Anything unique about it?? Just a regular foam pillow that was not as deep as your previous one??

Yep, regular pillows work just fine.
Or, as many have realized after spending a king's ransom on overpriced,
specialized pillows that are neither useful nor comfortable.
Sometimes the gimmick pillows work, but ours lies forgotten in the back of a closet.
I still keep the buckwheat pillow around, but find it too hard and heavy to sleep on.

Copy
Sams club pillow
I had previously used a Contoured cpap pillow for year or so, the stuffed kind but discontinued because of stiff neck.
I have had RA for many many years. What pillow works one time may not work the next Good ZZzzz

Those numbers (or lack of them) had to be fun to see this morning!
