Medical Definition of Labia
Labia: Lips, the fleshy folds that surround the opening of the mouth (oral labia) or the vagina (the labia majora and labia minora).

Going forward can we please just focus on my post?
Well, focusing on your post, flatulence is specifically gas formed in the colon. So, again, I think you may have used the wrong term for what you meant.

True that. Answers and links have been posted.

Also, the OP should use the forum search feature to read up on mouth breathing.

The OP will find answers that include A) keep using an nasal/pillows mask and you'll get used to it and stop breathing through your mouth over time, B) use a cervical collar, C) chin strap, D) mouth tape, E) Full Face Mask, and more.

Sleeping with a full face mask isn't actually that bad. I use a FFM and I use a padacheek anti leak strap to ensure I have a tight seal and I sleep on either:
1. Edge of my pillow so the mask isn't being pushed around and possibly off my face.
2. Use a super fluffy/soft pillow where I can lie on my side and the mask sinks into the pillow.

I'm a combination sleeper and use a FFM and I have nearly ZERO issues sleeping on my side. My leak rates are minimal even on the worst days so if you can't or unwilling to retrain your back door to precent leakage then you can switch to a FFM and call it a day.

Most interesting reading. I didn't like a full face mask until I tried ResMed's Air Touch. It doesn't bug me at all.

To those people who were offended by the term labial, labial refers to lips. Get your mind out of the gutter
  You will find that many members of society as a whole never miss a chance to crawl down in the gutter. It's just their nature.
Fix'd that for you Pugsy :D

I ended up going with a hybrid mask (Mirage Liberty) for essentially the same reason. If I used nasal pillows, air would sometimes start escaping out my mouth. And I didn't like the pressure on the bridge of my nose from a FFM. Hybrids can be a bit tricky to fit, though, especially if you have an overbite.

Or maybe read through some old ones. Other than your unusual term for the issue, it's common and has been discussed frequently on the board.

as you wish, good sir. but don't expect a new thread to not get bombed with off topic stuff. it's just the nature of the beast!

easier would be to pick out what has been offered as help and respond to that.

I only had my baseline rate set at 7 which I know is nothing compared to most people. My concern and frustration is that I'm still tired during the day, and if I can't set the pressure high enough to get rid of anything I won't be able to use this machine. When I turn the pressure up it wakes me up. I don't know if a full face mask will help me, I'm a side sleeper and it makes me nervous that I won't be able to sleep on my side and I know I will never be able to sleep on my back.
I sleep on my side with a full-face mask. It leaks sometimes, but only if my cheek is pressed too much on the pillow. Then I just move my head a little.

My first thought is that anyone experiencing "labia flatulence" from CPAP is using their mask wrong...
