The APAP raises pressure due to four things, flow limitations, snores, hypopneas and apneas. You're having one, or more of those which is causing the pressure to go up. That means that your pressure is too low.

So you are saying that it is very unlikely for APAP to misinterpret arousal that result in benign breathing disturbances and increase pressure?

Can't tell at that zoom level.
Do you need me to zoom in more from my latest attachment? What time scale would you prefer?

If that were my report I would lean towards the leak causing the arousal and the OA is post arousal.
Then once awake or semi awake the mask comes off.
You don't always have to remember an arousal.

You were in large leak for several minutes..then the arousal...and then the OA.

more than 'very' unlikely. If you look at the timing when there's pressure raises, you'll see that there's snores, or flow limitations, or apneas, or hypopneas where there are pressure increases. You'll also see breathing disturbances likely caused by some kind of arousal, and no response from the machine, because it's not one of the four things that makes the pressure go up.

It's really hard, for *me* to see the exact timing of things without all the charts, and the vertical bar to make it clear what happened before what.

I'd ask 'where's the pressure chart" but, since you're in cpap mode, it doesn't matter.
