Bipap machines are made by respironics, resscan is for resmed machines, your profile says you have a dreamstation auto

Palerider beat me to it.

ResScan is for ResMed systems. You list yourself as having a Philips Respironics Dreamstation.

You can use the free, open source Sleepyhead software that pretty much everybody here uses instead. It is preferred over ResScan.

If you want brand specific software...you are going to need Encore Pro and it's a real bitch to install and use.
Windows only.
I don't have a link...you have to go to apneaboard.com and register and log in and then find the secret area where they tell you how to get the brand specific software.

i just picked up my bipap machine on firday the told me cpap wasnt working for me so i havnt changed my profile yet sorry

Resscan is for masochists

Encore is for *hard core* "whip me till I bleed" masochists (I don't judge). It's hard to install, harder to use, and produces crappy reports.

Well, that all depends on *exactly* what kind of machine you have, what's the REF number off the label?

for some reason it goes to 97% import and the freezes but i have no problem uploading my cpap sd
