I have used an AirSense 10 Autoset for Her from ResMed for over a year. When I checked my myAir webpage today I found the message "myAir hasn't received data from your machine for some time." I used my CPAP Tue Jul 2 but not the night before. I have a solid record of using it for over a year. I have skipped entire nights now and then in the past but it has not a difference.
I checked and Airplane Mode was Off as it should be. There were three signal bars which has worked in the past; I carried my machine to my deck and got 5 signal bars. Waited a couple of hours and still no data. I called my local ResMed office and the assistant there suggested I turn off the electrical power to the machine and then turn it back on. I left the machine without power for at least 15 mins. Still no data for last night. I've left my CPAP machine on now for about 7 hours since I turned the electricity back on and still no data.
Anyone know what could be keeping myAir from receiving my CPAP use data?
Does ResMed have this problem with collecting data now and then? Did anyone else experience it Tue Jul 2?
My use of the CPAP is being appealed by ResMed with Medicare. Is it possible the appeal has been lost and therefore my data is no longer being recorded by myAir and supplied to me? I have not received any information about the status of the appeal that would suggest my use of the CPAP has a Final Denial by Medicare.
Any help will be appreciated.
