Hello, I'm trying to work through the directions on the correct screenshot format. I am stuck on getting rid of the graph on the left hand side. Any help would be appreciated.

Go to file-Preferences-Appearance then uncheck Show event breakdown chart.

Unscrunch the charts a bit so only the top four are showing.

From. My post above , I think you can see my machine. You guys seem more than familiar with the features. I’ve always used as CPAP only and I just realized my machine is capable of adjusting. BUT the modes don’t seem to allow for a minimum pressure to be entered, only maximum, as you all seem to suggest. I’m not sure what I’m missing.

The Pro model is a fixed pressure cpap model. You can get your Clinical manual here. Scroll down to section Three where they tell you how to get one by Email. https://www.apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap- ... tup-manual

Your machine appears to be the "Pro" 60 series model or model 460.
Some of the 460 models had a limited auto trial mode where the machine would have a minimum and maximum setting available so that it could auto adjust the pressures as needed.

You would need to go into the clinical setup menu and highlight mode...and then turn the knob to see if it will change off cpap mode.
It might not. It might have been one of the early machines that didn't offer the auto trial mode.
Or maybe it used to have auto trial mode but the 30 day trial time has been used up. There is a way to maybe get more 30 days but that involves erasing all the data on the machine and doing a reset. This little reset trick was limited to 5 resets and then it wouldn't give any more auto trial mode.

cpap mode...all you get is the one pressure choice..no minimum or maximum.

Yes, that sounds about right. There is a Auto-Trial and CPAP check mode. But you only get to enter one number which is the high number, I believe. I tried the Auto-Trial and had the worst AHI results p( like 11!) with a migraine upon awakening which is confirmation that I was having apnea symptoms. I was hoping it would be helpful because I tend to have more episodes during REM and thought it might help allow for highest pressure needed when it was needed versus all night long.

Cpap check mode makes a pressure adjustment every so often but not during the night. I does it after evaluating so many nights worth of data. It's still a fixed pressure during the night. I forget how often it "checks" things and will make an adjustment and there is only so much adjustment it would do anyway.
It's explained in the provider manual if you have one. If not get one.

The auto trial mode is the only mode that offers the 2 pressure setting options..minimum and maximum.

I see now..I can enter an upper and lower in the auto-trial and it expires as you explained. The CPAP-check is fixed but monitors on a 30day basis and can adjust up or down by a few degrees.

The best you can do with your machine is the cpap check mode.
