A small day of lanolin nipple cream will help with the tenderness

I want to download the sleepyhead software but I do not have a desktop computer currently... Any other way I can use it?

What kind of computer do you have?

It won't work on cell phones or Ipads.

I have a Dell tablet that runs like a full computer... Also here's a question. I've noticed the past two nights I wake up in the middle of the night because I feel my mask start blowing hard and when I look at my machine it's at 10 or 11... Do you think this is due to an episode or the fit of the pillows?

Does the Dell tablet have a SD card slot somewhere on it? Does it use Windows?
You might have to hunt for the SD card slot if you don't know. Sometimes they are hidden on the sides.
If you have a SD card slot you should be able to use SleepyHead.

No, the pressure increasing wasn't due to the fit of the pillows as in a leak that it was trying to fix. They don't work that way.
Most likely something was blocking the airway.

If your tablet doesn't have an SD card slot but does have a USB port you can buy a card reader for the port.

So I got the dream wear mask three days ago and switched to that and I've had 0 AHIs every day since.. I think I finally found what works for me. I am feeling much clearer during the day and it's glorious!

Do you sleep on your side at all?

How on earth do you prevent the mask from leaking as you move around and lay on your side?

We could turn around and ask you what you are doing that causes so much leaking when you are on your side.

The majority of people using any of these masks will be sleeping on their sides and even on their stomachs.
You are in the minority here...not the other way around.

If you can't....its either improper fitting or incorrect size.

Did you find the drewmwear mask notabley better than the respironics then? What were the biggest differences you personally observed?
