It is finally time to get my second mask!! Thought this day would never get here. I think I want to get the Hybrid rather than a ff for those times when I have a cold or am stopped up due to allergies. So far have not had this problem, but with winter coming on, I feel the need to be prepared.
Does anyone know if they are shipping hybrids with the new headgear yet? If not yet, does anyone know WHEN they will be?
I tried the nasal pillows when I first got the CL2 but did not like them and switched to the simple cushion, which I love. Is this an indicator that I will have problems with the hybrid pillows? Seems I recall discussion about the hybrid pillows being softer. Is that true? Several questions, but hopeful for some answers!!

I don't think the Hybrid is being shipped with the heavier headgear yet.
The pillows are quite soft-I don't know how they compare to any other pillows. RG would know--she has tried them. I had no problem at all with the pillows. Mask leaks yes but not the pillows. The mask worked quite well during a cold in fact I may have become addicted to the pillows & have not been able to use my FP 406 as it feels like I can't breathe--have been using the scuba silicone seal stuff to prevent leaks.

Next mask I'm going to waste my money on is the SomnoTech Soyala, supposed to be the quietest mask on the planet, we'll see.
It wouldn't help you, it is a nasal mask. Maybe they will come out with one in the future, that I don't know, they should, they should, if their Soyala is as good as they say it is, if they came out with a Full Face version, it would blow the doors off the competition.
