I had my first night I think I slept sorta but woke with a bad headache that did not go away all day. And feeling like I didn’t sleep. Is this normal for a first time use? My lungs even felt sore.
Tonight going to put on mask and it feels weird and not able to breathe through noise it’s like it eaither shrunk or my face grew
It is weird

I don't think it is real common, but I believe it happens to some people.
When I started I felt rested but I did have a bit of a headache in the morning.
What was your AHI for the night?
I am not sure what you mean about the mask. It fit your face before, but not now?
Using weight loss, general exercise, and tongue/throat exercises I managed to get my AHI down to approx 5.
Not using a machine currently.

No...that is not normal.
With an Auto machine, your settings should not be a factor, but maybe it's good to check that someone didn't set the min/max too low. It kind of sounds like you didn't get enough air from your machine.
As for your face mask not fitting, it may be possible that your face has swollen up a little?

You have a data capable machine, so you should be able to analyze your sleep with Sleepyhead. If there isn't already an SD card in the slot, you can buy any SD card.
