United Arab Emirates - CPAP Support

Post by Irfie » Thu May 03, 2018 11:02 pm

Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to extend my help and support to those people living in Dubai, United Arab Emirates who require CPAP supplies. I remember my days of struggle getting them here in Dubai as this place has limited availability or is too expensive. Now I've got a way to get them here in Dubai ordering from United States.

Please PM me if you need help or are struggling with high prices, I'm not an agent or looking for profit, I'm just extending my support to anyone who is struggling as a favor / good Samaritan.

I will not publish my number or any personal details here, however I am available on this site so that you can PM me.

Regards,
Irfie

Quick search and you can find anything, no need to order from the US all local to you:

Sometimes I like google and sometimes I dont, and I love people who use it.

Thanks alot for the information. I do have these re-sellers information already plus I have the contact information for Philips resellers and sales representatives too.

However, to compare the prices, they offer a package - Philips dreamstation with mask (AED 7,200) which is around USD1,920 (without VAT) and I got mine from US for about USD900 (with Amara view mask). Also they dont sell filters, parts, replacements etc.

However you're right everything is available in Dubai (I've been using CPAP for about 2 years now and I'm living here, no google information), it is limited, plus very expensive, and I don't think it is fair to pay that price and take advantage of people who can't access the US market.

As I mentioned, this is only to provide support and help to people who want to save $$, I'm not an agent or a reseller. I was helped once by pugsy (which I'm so thankful), I'm just doing the same to other people.

Yeah gotcha but I'm sure they can access the US market with a simple Google search too .. Just seemed kinda shady having someone sending a msg like this, I could be wrong but always use caution, been ripped off myself with similar offers..

Yes they can, simple google search will get to the website which delivers only within US not to the UAE.

Anyway, it isnt something I'm forcing someone or promoting it for my own good or trying to rip off people. I know there are a lot of scams going on and I get your point. Unfortunately a person who is willing to help would look like a scammer from Africa who has got millions of dollars in his account to be transferred to you in your account and bla bla bla.

I'm sorry to hear you got scammed, maybe you should've done more googling on them before paying them. I hate to say but I do look like a scammer now since you've said it. :( However, If im referring to the most common and helpful person like pugsy on this website (she sent me a swift nasal mask) on my physical address, that does mean that I'm real and not a scammer.

You just gave me a link to the resellers, why do you think there are resellers if International shipment was existing?

Anyway, not arguing this any longer, you've made your point about scammers or people who are self sufficient. I'm just a person who is happy to help as I did not have any resources to help me get my machine from the US when I first was diagnosed with Sleepapnea, went through a lot of horror to actually get my machine here for the price which is fair. Not promoting a Business or a scammer, only a person extending his help.

Thank you BTS, I'm actually smiling at your comments, its good to know someone is trying to protect people from scammers.

https://www.secondwindcpap.com ?? You serious? It actually looks like a scam website, the layout pages and when you click on add to cart it takes you straight to the paypal page.

Do some more googling, get me a website which isnt fake and here let me give you a website on which I order from it generally -

https://www.directhomemedical.com/
Use code - Holiday to get a 5% discount (its on me)

However they only ship within US. Thats the part where I come in, bringing it from there to here.

The website secondwindcpap.com is valued at $3489.81 and is now opened since 13 Years, 28 Days
The owner is a guy named Mark Seager
Owners post code is 56175
Free email addresses have been used in the setup of this website. This is not necessarily worrying, depending on the site. For online shops, this can be a sign that the site has some risk

What is worrying is that the mode of shipment, which charges me USD85 for a postal shipment which can only be traced within US and not international.

Now if you're sending your machine through over 50 Degrees of heat within a post then what exactly does that make you? If it was FedEx or DHL then it would've been the best however it isnt. (obviously)

Now THATS what I call a google search from myside - still think I'm a scammer

Quite a few people here have used Secondwindcpap.com;
and I have never heard of anything but stellar service from them.
How dare you throw shade on them!

I don't necessarily think you are a troll. People are FAST to jump to that. I doubt Pugsy would have bothered to help you if she thought you were a troll. That aside because I don't know if you are a troll or not, Secondwind has been a huge help for people who can't or don't want to spend big bucks on equipment. Many have purchased items from them and have been quite happy.

I've bought three machines from secondwindcpap, including one that was recently put into inventory and hadn't even gone on the market yet. Every single one of their customer service persons have been very helpful.

What the hell is it with this site that makes morons gravitate to it.
