On your back more last night???
I don't think so... i generally sleep on my side (facing the machine) and tend to wake up in the same position I fell asleep in. This is a major difference from pre-CPAP when I would wake up with the sheets off the bed, drenched in sweat and in very different positions.

2 main reasons for when we have some "good" nights and some not so good nights and we don't change the settings are either REM stage sleep or we end up on our back more than usual.
Something has changed but we don't know what.

Keep working your way up. 14 may be enough but you likely need 15.
