Would sinusitis blockage show up on ahi score?

I was wondering about this. If I use a nasal mask but have bouts of sinusitis flare-ups would it show up in the ahi scores? I commonly need to sleep a few more hours after waking up without the cpap. My sinusitis can fluctuate and aren't always stuffy before I go to sleep. I've tried a full face mask before but it's much harder to keep on than the nasal mask.

I'm wondering if I may be not getting enough air even though all of my scores look good.
