first night, not bad

Post by grannyt » Sat Mar 24, 2018 8:30 am

Last night was my first night with my CPAP. Honestly, I was prepared for the worst, but it was not bad at all! :D Husband said NO SNORING!!! YAY! I fought with the blankets just a bit because I was worried about closing off the air vent, exhale, exhaust hole things. (sorry, I'll get used to the correct terminology soon  ) Only up once to go bathroom. Nostrils feel huge but not sore. All in all, not too bad last night. Here's what my machine told me this morning:

AutoCPAP
AHI 6
Min Pressure 5
Max Pressure 20
90% Pressure 13
Mask Fit 100%

Hope all goes well tonight.
Why did she make things? Well, she enjoyed it, of course; but it also somehow helped her remember who she was and where she came from.
