Did anyone lose an hour of data last night? I did.

Post by SelfSeeker » Sun Oct 29, 2006 7:19 am

One hour of sleep not shown.

I went to bed at 11:37. Recorded
Went to bathroom at 5 something. Recorded with new time.
Got up at 7:39 new time. Recorded

Trouble is that between going to bed and going to the bathroom there is an hour of data not shown.

It has recorded 8 hours of total sleep. I was on the APAP for 9 hours.

Since it was Saturday, and I did not want to lose a night of recordings I erased the data yesterday on the smart card.

This is with the Remstar Series M Auto.

Any other lost hour there? If yes which machine? I would like to know if this is a specific problem or not.

I can do this, I will do this.

The graphs on the daily details report are short one hour. However, the total minutes at each pressure level are correct and the AHI is also correct (i.e., based on the correct number of hours)

Thanks greyhound

I checked and the minutes, and they do add up to the 9 hours.

Now why could they have not shown it?

So what will happen in the spring, the graph will show an extra hour of sleep that did not happen. LOL

Happens with the older "Classic" Remstar Auto too-so it isn't just the M-series. Last march I had 2-3 time inconsistencies in the week after the time change. I'd have to check my written log to see exactly what happened.

It appears the data is there but the program deducted one hour. My Encore shows 7.9 hours and Encore Pro 6.52.??? I am using the M series Pro with c/flex.

krousseau,

Intresting I do not check the blower hours on the machine, so I would not have noticed.

Thanks for the link.
