I just got my aura in the mail!!!yay!!
but heres my ??--it seems to be altogether incredibly comfortable but it is so big that I almost have no room with the velcro straps to go tighter--is it a big mask or nare there different sizes???????????????

Are you placing it as low as instructed? It's supposed to be pretty close to the top of your ears, and pretty close to the nape of your neck.

The seal can be moved up and down and front and back.
Some women do find it big - for some reason I don't.
And search the forum for the "rubber bands" trick - my Aura wouldn't have worked without it.
