I got a big problem with your requirement of my giving you my personal email address just to take the survey.

I don't know you from Adam and it isn't going to happen. You have zero need for anyone's personal email address just to get their opinion.

Remove that requirement and I have no problem with you posting your survey....as it is right now...it's under moderation.
I need to have a chat with forum admin about it.

Why would giving out your email address be such a problem? If you looked at the survey you'd see there's nothing nefarious or untoward going on with it. I'm trying to gather information on people's experiences with regards to alleviating their comfort and cost issue's, that I and many other's on this forum are suffering from. If from the information gathered in the survey I can create a new liner that effectively increases a persons comfort levels and at the same time can reduce the wasting of people's money on ineffective products, like every liner on the market today, then that's exactly what I intend to do. No more No less. I will not be using the "Personal Emails" for any other reason besides contacting those of whom I want to test out my new liner absolutely free of charge. And when I'm ready to launch my crowdfunding campaign they'll be the first to know about it. There in lies the problem. You are brand new to the forum today and are posting a survey that you hope will allow you to make a product to profit from.

So how long should I wait before I conduct a survey to find out what others have been experiencing? 5 days, 2 months, 7 years? What do you recommend? I Googled CPAP forums, registered and started to reach out. Is there some other way I should ease my way in so as to not to arouse suspension of trying to number 1 help others with a better mouse trap and number 2 maybe, just maybe create a business that can employ people in an economy that is at best below average? You tell me what is so wrong with that? I thought we lived in and capitalist regime not a communist one? I'm sure you make money at your job right? what if your employer was told that they couldn't reach out to sell their product, would you still be employed? I think not.

Answer this for me please..... Why did you make a Google survey when you could of asked the same questions in a thread where people could answer in the thread?

Also we have polls here. So because you created a Google survey makes me think personally you are going around to all the forums pasting the survey link so you can get all your results in one place in stead actually going back to all the forums.

Yes, I am going to other forums and posting my survey and you know what's more, there are people who have completed the survey from all over the world. I thought it easier to use a Google Forms survey than creating the same survey in each forum over and over again. It just made sense and was easy to do and most people are familiar with Google making it that mush easier for them as well.

Even if your intentions were honest you would have a tough time here. We get threads like yours all the time; most end up being spam, sales, etc. I would give you my email address -- I could easily hit my spam button if you (or anyone) started sending stuff I had no interest in. I do it all the time. However, I have no interest in your product so wouldn't spend time on your survey.

Like I've already stated I'm a simple construction worker not a huge conglomerate trying to spam people. When I have all my ducks in a row and am prepared to have people test my liner FREE of CHARGE I will send a single email asking if anyone would like to participate in the testing phase. Those who reply and say they would like to do that will be considered. After that email has been sent there will be only two more to follow. One will give the launch date of my crowdfunding campaign with all the details and after that I will send one last email where everyone who is uninterested can opt out and have their email address deleted from my files. So if 3 emails is spamming and a huge giant marketing strategy then I'm doing things very, very wrong don't you think?
