Airtouch lifespan

Post by Funkdoobiest » Sun Dec 17, 2017 8:22 pm

Just wondering how long the foam cushions are lasting everyone that is using the Airtouch F20. I have been using mine for a little over 2 weeks and the foam is already separating from the silicone.

I never used one, but, ResMed recommends changing at 30days. Need to be careful when cleaning them.

I've been using mine for two weeks; so far no problem with separation.

How are you cleaning it?
My DME guy actually uses the AirTouch F20 and says he can get about 3 months out of a cushion before it falls apart.

been using the airtouch cushions for a few months. love em.

i usually get 8-12 weeks out of them before they start to lose seal.

i wipe them down with a cpap mask wipe every morning, try to handle them gently.

So far I have 3 1/2 months on this mask. I will probably change it at 4 months. I am still getting an excellent seal on the mask but it is starting to lose its original foam shape. I just wipe it with plain water carefully as needed. It is a very comfortable mask as full face masks go.
