New Resmed 10 not showing my data on screen

Hi hoping this is just an easy fix . Purchased a Resmed 10 airsense autoset yesterday. Have had one for. A two month trial.
Woke up this morning after a fairly crappy 4 hour sleep ..my tounge feels like it's coated in plastic. Didn't have time to wash the hose and dry before sleep the whole thing smelt like New plastic While I was breathing in..gross.
Went to check my API and Central Apps and they are not displayed on the screen, like they were on the previous machine.
I think due to my crappy sleep I am feeling an unreasonable rage over this last,, Where is my data on my very expensive machine I just purchased ..has it been hidden?
I gather there is a program to see more extensive data ..but it's 6am I have had four hours sleep I would just like to view it on my screen for now!!
Wondering if this is what road rage feels like, it's a very unreasonable rage ..but I want my data!!

The default from ResMed has "Essentials" set to on.....it needs to be set to "Plus" in the clinician's setup menu. To get into that menu push and hold both the round button and the home button silmiltaneously for about three seconds, you will then have access to the clinician's menu, then go into settings or options and look for Essentials.....select with round button and change Essentials from on to Plus. That will give the patient the ability to see much more data on the sleep report in the morning including AHI.

Although.. after looking at my stats I am now a little puzzled as it's showing Zero AHI or Central AHI's, my sleep test was severe apnea in the 60s. and since Iv had the trial machine I have never had zero. Bit weird

You may find the information more accessible and meaningful if you get and use SleepyHead rather than depend solely on the machine's display. You can download from https://sleepyhead.jedimark.net/ It is free, but donations of any size would still be nice in light of all the unpaid work that has gone into bring it to fruition.

Not sure when you looked at the LCD screen to get the data after changing Essentials to Plus but if it was after 12 PM Noon your time the 0's you are seeing might be from the machine resetting the sleep session to a new reporting period at Noon per your machine's clock.

It might have been showing 0's because it was simply in a new reporting period where you hadn't slept yet.

No. Essentials Plus thing has nothing to do with what data gets stored. All it does is make it available on the LCD screen.

Example...a person can have Essentials set to usage but if they were to use SleepyHead all the detailed data would still show up on the SleepyHead report.
Going from Usage to Plus doesn't affect what data gets stored...just how it is viewed on the screen.
