dry eye goggles and nasal mask
dry eye goggles and nasal mask
Do any of you have dry eyes and wear the humidifying goggles? Do they fit over the center strip of a mask OK?

They have inserts that you can heat and wet.

Ya know, after reading this I can easily see someone with a chin strap, taped mouth, soft cervical collar, CPAP mask and now goggles. Getting ready for bed would take as much time as getting ready to go out.

Sleep is just that special.
Just look at mattress prices.
Even without apnea, it can cost you.

I'd recommend either https://www.dryeyeshop.com/onyix-silico ... -p327.aspx or https://www.dryeyeshop.com/eyeseals-40- ... -p639.aspx
They both keep moisture in your eyes, the onyx is smaller and lower profile, and cheaper, and the eyeseals are bigger, really block moisture in, and are a bit more pricy. they both work better than Tranquileyes, which are not very comfy and the foam moisture inserts are no fun to sleep with. What I do is put a drop of liquid gel eyedrops in each eye, then sleep with the Onyx. I use the clear ones, as I can get up and still see. They are also great on the plane, but I wish I had the black ones for that use.

Yes dry eyes. Using a variety of drops right now. Does not last. Itchy, burning--all of it. Always something with cpap.
