Another error. I am not stalking you or anyone else. When your posts are correct I will not correct them. That seems pretty simple. Well there is the namecalling - I probably will continue to complain about that because I expect adult-level interactions on this forum.

if you want one for use with sleepyhead you are pretty much stuck with the comtec cms 50 d e f models
Does Sleepyhead read the data from the Comtec models?

SleepyHead works fine with my CMS 50 D+.
No problems at all and lots of forum members are successful using it with various CMS models.

Can you wear the CMS 50D+ overnight, i.e. will the battery last that long and can your finger tolerate the pressure?

Yes, it has overnight recording capabilities.
Now the 50 D (without the plus) does NOT have overnight recording capabilities.

If you want to read up on what some of the various models might do you can look here.
http://www.pulseoxstore.com/overnight-pulse-ox
There are other online sources with maybe a couple of other different models but this link I had handy because it is where I bought my pulse ox. The guy that runs it is really good to help if someone runs into trouble. As it was I didn't have any issues but I had the peace of mind knowing that if I did that I would have someone to help me out. It was worth it to me to pay the little extra to have that peach of mind.

Your stupidity is showing.

I said "plug in the bare cable" WITHOUT the oximeter attached. If it were a plain USB cable, nothing would happen.

Regardless, Rumbert explained things very well, even if you're not smart enough to understand it, I'm sure everybody else did.

If one oend of the cord plugs into the usb port of a computer, then it is going to be listed as a usb cable. It may not be a STANDARD USB cable, but it is a type of USB cable. The other end can be whatever it needs to be. I have many different USB cables, some standard, some not.
+1

The D+ is rated for about 24 hours on a set of batteries (3 nights).

=======

it claims it does

i have not yet gotten that to happen

the instructions on SH are to tell the device to upload
there is no option on my 50d+ to do that

it has gone through many firmware changes
and 3 major changes in the software program 50d+ uses to read data
i suspect that SH read a previous version that had some upload option

i can get the data into their program to see it
but it took a lot of research to figure out what was needed
plus a lot of experimenting

Why did you have to start ANOTHER thread about your 50D+?? Everyone on the board knows how dumb you are, why start another thread to emphasize it?

typical insults from libturds who have nothing useful to say

i can guarantee that my iq is higher and my education and experience is better than 99% of teh folks here
and 100.00000% of you libturds
Hmm, if you are so smart, how come you didn't know you could either talk to a live human being at Amazon or use the chat feature? And by the way, it was two liberals who gave you phone numbers you could call at Amazon. I am sure you missed that irony.

Finally, your libtard insult is really getting boring. You need a new one.

Amen to that. I cannot figure out why he bothers on this, or any, forum. He has no regard for any person whatsoever and all these insults and "do as I say, not as I do" criticisms of everyone else? Sometimes his verbal assaults/accusations of what he claims others do makes me laugh because he is describing himself PERFECTLY. He's either an attention junkie getting his fix at our expense or there is something seriously wrong with his brain. Either way, it's sad, because it is having a huge, negative impact on this forum.

I just can't understand why Johnny Goodman has decided he loaths this forum and wants it to die.

Well, excuse my saying this, but I think he suffers from a syndrome that causes him to act this way.
Its called "little di-- syndrome" which the person always has to be better, smarter, outdo everyone just to make themselves feel better. There is something wrong with a person that has to act like he does, this is just my observation and I believe it true. I'm sure ABC man will chime in with all kinds of name calling but I don't care. My day is filled with accomplishment now. Rant over.

indeed
he should ban the few libtards posting under many fake aliases
then the place would be quiet and peaceful again
Afraid you are wrong yet again. People of conscience will always correct your errors to protect those that are new and don't know you for who/what you are. The problem is YOU, not everybody else.
