After three out of the four previous nights, I've lifted my CPAP unit to find a puddle underneath when I wake up. I'm using a heated humidifier on a Respironics ResMed.
As far as I can tell, my water reservoir is sealed appropriately, although my durable medical equipment provider is UPSing me another one.
Any idea what's going on?

There was just a similar discussion of the problem:

I have had that problem a couple of times, too. I found that the metal base to the humidifier "looked" sealed but it wasn't. I cleaned and dried everything and then put it back together and made sure that it was really tight. Haven't had that problem since. When you fill the tank set it on newspaper or a paper towel and see if there are any leaks. Tha's how I found out where it was coming from. Good luck! A new tank might help.
If the original post meant Respironics H/H (rather than Respironics Resmed),
then the likely culprit is as already posted, the base plate on the water chamber.
With the Remstar water chambers, be very careful about removing the bases and cleaning them. Never uses any scouring material (such as steel wool). The very thin plastic coating on the aluminium base can so easily get penetrated then after a short period strange things start to grow from the scratch or rupture.
The plates should be pushed back firmly after cleaning / removal and that can easily be done by placing the cover back by hand then firmly pushing the chamber down on a solid flat surface (kitchen table).
Check the appearance of the refitted base plate closely.
Good luck.
