It is what it is and nothing I can do about it...but I can control my response (at least most of the time anyway)...and 2 wrongs don't make a right no matter how justified we might feel we are... and we will always have someone willing to do the first wrong.

He's going to get poked and he's going to get poked back. That won't change until the forum owners have had enough and will step up and do something. I guess it's not that important to them...they allow this shit to go on...so I guess I won't worry about it.
I will go about doing my thing and ignore the assholes/bullies/jerks/whatever personalities I don't like..
There's enough to do here without adding useless futile work trying to reason with people who have no brain/common sense to reason with.

I was going to let this thread fall off and not say anything but since it popped back up today....

For those that think xxyzx is being treated unfairly or deserves more respect/kindness....

There was a thread a week or two ago that he and I had a difference of opinion. I stated my point of view on the subject, but was never rude to him. After doing some detailed research on the subject, realized that I was mistaken (wrong) and that he was more correct than I was. So, I posted "I stand corrected" because that's the mature, grownup thing to do. And I always admit when I'm wrong.

Not only did he not accept my conceding the point gracefully, he gloated and still called me a libturd. He basically threw down a pile of crap and essentially shoved my face into it.

To the poster that claims we all "hate" him, that's not correct. I flip flop back and forth between being half scared of him (someone who says things like he does is NOT right in the head) - and feeling sorry for him because he obviously has some kind of mental illness.

This is not a "have to." This is a choice being made because you think it will work. People who stop don't do so because they're being "replied to in kind." If they stop, it's because they get bored with the whole thing or tired of it. I agree that standing up to bullies is what people need to do who are truly bullied. But standing up to a bully is not the same thing as doing to them what they do to you (replying in kind, in other words). That is being a bully to a bully.
