Smart Card Reader problems: Installing
But just to confuse the issue even more, I always unplug my reader. I just make sure I use the same USB port when I plug it in. Windows XP.

Justin,
I find the fact that you can't erase the Smart Card interesting.
Everytime I download the smart card (extract data), a pop up appears asking: Erase Data? And I answer no.
Thanks for the picture. If I had know that "Interaction List" area can be come a scroll area, I would never have erased the old data. I thought the space/information downloaded was limited to that area.

I can do this, I will do this.

Linda, I sometimes unplug the reader and it usually works when I plug it back in. Last weekend, I noticed that it only works with one of the USB ports.
