Those are times as in clock time.

Sleep is when you first turn the machine on.
Wake is when you finally turn it off.

The statistic for time used/sleep is under the "hours" column.
Sleep 14:48
Wake 6:12:27
Military time.

Going by just the numbers and with no answers to any of the questions it's pretty difficult to offer anything except you need to see your doctor.
The centrals may or may not be real and it's real hard to tell even if we can see the data.

If you aren't doing well and the AHI is increasing and it's primarily central....see your doctor.

As to not answering questions, lsat post more detail, which I thought I did without knowing what he needed specifically,on your question about were oa's or hyponeas near my central,no idea what that means or where to find it,as to posting a graph I have said I don't know how to do that, not trying to be ungrateful but I am a newbie with limited knowledge,if you will tell me exactly what info you need I will do my best to get it from sleepy head, again, thanks for all the help

That's okay. I understand if you aren't able to understand enough of what you see to answer the questions.
I didn't know...I thought you were just ignoring me.
If mastering the software and posting images is beyond your skills for right now then we deal with what we have which unfortunately is just numbers.

I don't know if your centrals are real or not...and if you can't help us figure out if they are real or not then the only thing left is for you to get with your doctor. You are having enough of them that it is a concern .... so get with your doctor. That's why he gets the big bucks.

Going only by the numbers...the doctor needs to be involved just to make sure that nothing bad is going on.
