CPAP newbie
I have recently been diagonized with sleep apnea and recommended to use a CPAP machine.. and a newbie to the whole CPAP/Sleep apnea space.. My insurance company is asking for 700-800$ due to deductibles and hence I am planning to buy it myself. Can you advice on what is a good place to buy a CPAP machine and more importantly which one to buy.

Most people here recommend one of the following three machines: Phillips Responics Dreamstation Auto, Resmed Air Sense 10 auto, Resmed Air Sense 10 auto for her. Our site sponsor cpap.com sells machines. Call them for prices. You can find machines cheaper on line, but warranty may be questionable.

I absolutely love my Phillips Dream Station. Great mobility and I use the under the nose pillows, and honestly I forget I have it on! Got mine at Medical Supply Center and they gave me a demo before I purchased.
