high events per hour

Post by donsaliman » Sun May 14, 2017 9:29 pm

I have had readings of up to 4-5 events per hour, now all of a sudden it has jumped to over 30 events and last night it jumped tp 45 events, WHY?

I am not sick could it be my blood pressure is high all of a sudden? an average of 150/90+

Are you serious? You have given us zero information about yourself or your equipment, your pressure settings, anything. How are we supposed to help you?

first, I'd see a doctor, to rule out some basic or serious reasons.
secondly, I may need another sleep test. To see if there are non cpap fixable reasons for it, that hasn't been diagnosed by step 1..
lastly, I'd put a sleepyhead chart up for people to comment on.

Without having a lot more data, all we can do is idly speculate on what might be wrong.

Help us out:
1) What machine do you use? And what are your settings?

2) What types of events are being recorded by your machine? Mostly OAs? Mostly OAs and Hs? Lots of CAs? It makes a big difference.

3) What (if anything) do you know about the increase in your blood pressure? Has this been reported to your primary care physician? And if so, what does the doc say about it?
