Continued hypoxia events

I am one month in with a ResMed 10 for her nasal mask. I've had minimal issues, basically just some leaking that appears to be almost resolved. However I am noticing that the hypoxia events have actually increased, not decreased. I go for my first followup tomorrow and am wondering what the next step will be. I was wondering if the pressure needs to be increased or if I need oxygen assist.

We might be able to advise if you'd have given us any info to go on... like what specifically are you measuring "hypoxia" with and what levels, on what machine, pressures, etc. Are you using software and what kind? I certainly wouldn't want to go for O2 supplementation without knowing a lot more about things.
