We put a television in our bedroom five years ago when I had foot surgery. I was confined to bed for almost three weeks. I don't think I will ever move the TV out of the bedroom. I don't watch it much at night, but my wife does. I have trained myself to associate the mask with sleep. I put the mask on, get in bed, and I am asleep within a few minutes, whether the TV is on or not.
