Looking for a shorter hose.

Post by cdestuck » Mon Jan 30, 2017 9:15 pm

I have a Resmed Airsense 10 autoset with the slimline hose. The hose is 6' I believe an really could do with one 3-4' long. Have looked for a shorter one without success. Would anyone know of a source? Tks

Our host has one. Non-heated of course. https://www.cpap.com/productpage/4-foot ... cuffs.html
Just be careful not to pull your machine off the bed side table.

I agree with OD......It's easy to roll over and pull the machine over. Once the water from the humidifier gets into the machine it may stop working.

Tks guys. Did order the one from here. 6' is just way to long and 4' will be plenty. My machine is literally at edge of bed and especially as I just went to a top of the head Dreamware I can do with less tuning.

That is, if the swivel at the top moves freely. In my brief experience with this mask, I found the swivel to often be restricted by the pillow.

6 feet is too long?

hell, 6 feet is too short, my 10 foot hose is my friend.

came in handy when I took the cpap down to the big scary radiology operating room to have this catheter placed under local.. from listening to 'em talking, they were grateful there was a long hose on the cpap so they could get it plugged in, and placed out of the way.

I had considered a shorter hose for travel, but since I have gotten pretty good at packing it . . . Never mind.
