Jimmy could have had many valid reasons why it took him three weeks to check back. But he did and hopefully, he can get the help he needs from this forum in a supportive manner so he can start succeeding again with his therapy.

I feel your pain.
For the last 9 months on CPAP I've been trying so hard, so many ways to diagnose the cause of my fatigue. Doctors around me kept telling me to relax but I neglect them. I am a die hard stubborn person.
Now, I let my anxiety go, accept my damaged body/brain, and use my little remaining energy on something else. I try to find some activity that makes me happy. I don't know why I change into this, probably when my psychiatrist suspects a hypochondria. This wakes me up by telling me that I have been driving those doctors nut.
