Two nasal masks fit my standards.
The first one is Sleepweaver Elan--all cloth, with replaceable cushions.
So soft and light; totally worth learning the technique to using a cloth mask.
The second is the P-R Wisp, but only with the silicone frame,
which holds the cushion in the perfect position for fit and comfort.
Most other nasal cushions push on my nose, triggering nasal congestion.

Just came-back from DME with a Resmed AirSense 10 Autoset CPAP and a P10 mask. The experience was pleasant.

J&L is a fairly big DME, but this office had only the Nurse. She was pleasant and accommodating. She had a Respironics DreamStation setup. I told her that I prefer Resmed. She said, if I can wait 10 minutes to get a machine from store and setup, she can give me a Resmed. So I ended-up with one.

Since so many in this forum praise nasal pillows, I decided to try one. I will return it and get a nasal mask if this does not work out. I tried P10 there, felt comfortable.

I was asking about DreamWear, she said many people return it. She didn't mind giving one to me though.

The best part is, according to her, the total cost is $812. (She called it estimated cost.) I didn't pay yet. They will bill.

I will have questions about AirSense, SleepyHead, etc in coming days. I am new to those.

Thanks for your help.
