If you decide you want to try Provent do it now and don't wait until the trip. You might find out that you either don't like it or it doesn't help or you simply can't get the hang of it.
Better to find out now and not when on your trip.
Is Provent Therapy for me?

And do it for at least 2 weeks keeping a detailed journal of how you feel physically mentally and emotionally.

If I were only allowed one bag on a trip, it would hold my cpap.
I would rather wear the same clothes for a week than sleep one hour without my cpap.

I spent many years camping out of a back pack, it is totally doable, especially if you don't have to pack a tent and sleeping bag and a campstove.chunkyfrog wrote:If I were only allowed one bag on a trip, it would hold my cpap.

Well I did spend 6 weeks in a California clothing optional commune. So the naked part works.
But the rest was spend in the Canadian back woods. I don't like getting eaten by black flies so no nudity there. And neither on the bicycle camping trip - the biggest danger there was the dogs and running out of sunscreen - but I did learn to forage for clams for my supper.
