Congrats on beginning to feel better already. The schedule you work could be hard for a person even without sleep apnea. Though cpap can't fix the effects of irregular sleep, it can help you function at your personal best for that situation. For me, 2 hours of cpap sleep is more restorative than 4 without. You have every reason to expect to keep feeling better as your body enjoys better quality sleep and you pay back any sleep debt.
