3 Sleepyhead reports, should we make any adjustments?

His AHI always stays low, but the snoring??? Anything else I should be looking at???

looks like you did fine.

a little more pressure should take care of the snoring. (another cm or 2)

You might raise the minimum pressure by a point to see if that helps...otherwise everything looks great.

Does he sleep on his back or his side?

I also think another cm or so on that minimum would do the trick on the snores.
Is it critical to reduce the snores? Probably not if he is sleeping soundly and feeling decent during the day but if it were my report I would want to clear them up a little. Unless they are related to a pet snoring (I have a little Pug dog whose snores show up on my reports) the snores mean the airway is still trying to collapse a little bit and while the AHI is nice and low...which means the snores don't progress to a full blown collapse...I would want to clean things up just a little on principle just in case. Not necessarily totally eliminate them but reduce their presence a bit.
