Plus . . . Infinity!
Anyway, a child's (or wife, etc,) heartrate, etc will not match yours.
The deceit will be spotted RIGHT AWAY!
You could be jailed for FRAUD!

Although you can still get a pilots lic with this condition it is much harder and you have to get all kinds of BS wavers. I mean the only reason he wants me to have the stupid thing is because I am over weight, and I get pissed off a lot, with what goes on in this world, who would not, at least anybody that cares what direction their country is heading, or the dumb drivers on the roads that cut you off, and damn near kill you. I do not snore unless I am like dead tired, I wake up refreshed, lots of energy, focus well, no other problems other than a bit over weight and tired of putting up with stupid people every single day, and the corruption in Washington.
IDIOT...Upset with drivers that may kill someone, but wants to be a pilot with possible sleep apnea that can kill lots of people. For the sake of your 12 year old, I hope your life insurance is paid up.

The fact that you don't think you have sleep apnea, yet you won't have a sleep study, leads me to believe that you do think you have SA. You are upset with drivers on the road who may have sleep apnea, yet you think it's okay to pilot a plane?

Actually if they use the right protocol, then a home study which shows no apea will trigger an in lab study. In home study can't rule out sleep apnea, it can only diagnose garden variety OSA.

Sleep Apnea, Sleep Studys, and CPAP is nothing to joke about. You should also never cheat a sleep study I don't think it is possible to do that anyways. This condition is very serious if left untreated It can end up killing you. I have been on a CPAP since 2013 and have never felt better. I am one of many users that went through a sleep study and also using CPAP I am proof that this stuff works.

In reading through the posts, it appears that you're a pilot (though I didn't find an actual statement of that). I think they'll let you fly once you're CPAP compliant. In the meanwhile, you can probably collect disability (you are not able to perform your normal occupation).

Please understand that these regulations are to protect the general public, not to be mean or arbitrary!

Nobody who is CPAP compliant should ever be considered disabled, as that would prevent many from being tested.

The OSA patient died quietly in his sleep.
Unlike his passengers who died screaming as the car went over the cliff...
