Trying to get the correct equipment in my profile

Trying to figure out if I have selected the correct CPAP machine? My paperwork describes it as a CB-AutoPap System 1/System 1 AutoPap Respironics / DS550HS AHI-4412-20 cm H20A Flex 3

Other issue is software - my machine says it has Rescan 3.06 but the only choices on the drop down menu are are 3.3 and 3.7

Lastly for some reason my choice in CPAP unit wasn't being picked up in my profile so I tried re-entiring and hope it is there now.

That machine is the PR System One Auto CPAP and it's the 50 series.
That link is broken so it won't show up in your equipment profile. When this happens we suggest that you just manually add the machine in the comments section.
If you just add "PR S1 Auto CPAP #550" that is sufficient.

The humidifier choice you should make is "PR S1 Heated Humidifier"
The one you have now is incorrect.
I think that link still works.

The software choice is for software that is used to evaluate the data the machine collects and all those choices go to old discontinued software packages that cpap.com no longer sells.
Just leave that area blank.

All equipment menu choices pertain to what cpap.com either sells or used to sell.
The problem with "used to sell" is that if the product has been discontinued and no longer sold then those links are broken so even if you choose the correct product it won't show up.
