Uncle_Bob wrote:I noticed one of the masks you are selling is listed as your current mask in your signature. You have not mentioned why you are unhappy with any mask but if you like nasal masks and are comfortable buying on line and billing your insurance then I would recommend the Aloha, I have tried about 10 masks in order to find the "one" so I understand your frustration.
Just $75 and the nasal pillows last for many months. Pick up a few extra supplies and shipping is free.

The person selling it has a RX(or else he wouldn't be getting a mask from a DME) and if I buy one ...I have a RX...so both people involved have a RX.
Like who in their right mind would be buying and using a cpap machine and mask and forking out all that money if they didn't have sleep apnea.
How in hell can this stuff be abused for recreational purposes??? For what all this stuff costs if I was wanting to abuse something and get high it sure wouldn't be with a cpap machine.
This stuff isn't like narcotics where it's frowned upon to have someone else's drugs in your possession.
They don't stick labels on these things like pill bottles.
Yes...there is the potential for risks if a person has some special health history but again who in their right mind would be playing around this stuff without a need and anyone with any of the contraindications in their health history would already know about them because they are real serious indeed.
I think that the original basis for the RX thing is aimed at the first provider of the equipment...DMEs and doctors and online suppliers.
