If I'm learning anything, I need to bump the max pressure up to 13 or 14. At about 21:30 the pressure was maxed and snoring shows up then the same at about 00:45.
I'm sure there is more to it than snoring, on 7/9 I had 9-Hypopnea's and 7-Obstructive events. Last night, the 10th I had 3-Hypopnea's and 3-Obstructive events. Looks like progress.
Am I learning anything?
My suggestion(s) would be to leave the maximum pressure where it's at and increase the minimum a little more.
You actually don't have very many "events" other then some snoring and a few flow limitations for it to chase.
And, with regard to the snoring, if you're not already doing some nasal cleansing before bedtime, I'd suggest trying that to see if you can get the snores will drop.

Other than that, you're looking pretty good........if your sleep quality is reasonably decent.

This seems much improved. min-9/max-15. I woke up once with a very loud leak. Thought it was the first wake-up, maybe it was the second time. The machine still maxed out once at 15. I think that is where I start getting leaks that wake me up.
Still this seems like a good deal of progress.

Mostly snores. And, a couple of Flow Limitations.

Increased the min to 10, left the max at 15. Slept most of the night, no loud leaks. Woke up feeling pretty good.
I'm kinda confused. The numbers from night before last seem better.
Should I leave it where it is for a few nights?
Where should I go from here?

Yes.
You're hardly having any apneas......but a few hypopneas.
The snores and a few flow limitations are what are still driving up your pressures.
Are you using Ramp?

I didn't think I needed ramp, the pressure does not keep me from falling asleep. I thought ramp feature was for new people to get asleep before the real pressure kicked in.

OK.
I just couldn't see the report well enough to tell what your starting pressure was........until I got it enlarged to see it better.

Yes, it's often been compared to "training wheels" on a bicycle. Some people need it and some don't.
