I call the municipality today, and was connected to the GGD https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gemeentel ... eidsdienst, which cares for the general health issues of the population of the town.

The specialist there refuses any reason I've raised:
- too much CO2: when I let the window opened, the CO2 produced by people breathing would be diffused to the whole room, and thus the window open is enough
- too few O2: the street where I live is clean enough
- Volatile Organic Compounds: the street before my house is not having too many cars

There are still 2 things I am going to check
- CO: I'll do a measuring where the central heating system sits
- Mold: I'll need to find myself.

Coming back to my Vitamin D deficiency: I score 21 nmol/l, where it should be 50 to be enough, and 80-100 to be optimal.

A quick google https://www.google.nl/#q=vitamin+D+cognitive shows me some correlation between brain tiredness and vitamin D shortage.

I am taking vitamin D religiously now.

You may need shots - ask your doctor - as supplements may not always be as effective.

now, the only question is whether you'll believe a specialist that knows your area... or you'll persist in your fantasies.

if the windows were tightly sealed, and no air was moving, your 'naughty room' fancies might have had some possibility of being right, but with the windows open and air exchanging.... your 'theory' went out the window.

So weird,

2.5 hours sleep last night, and today (monday) I feel good enough.

One could say that because of the weekend not working that make my brain at rest.

OK, I have also observed this thing exactly at least once before. But the last 3 days (friday, saturday, sunday) my head was painful: due to an incident at work I keep thinking about it while doing almost everything. So overloading my brain make me pain after my ear (the normal place of pain).

No sir, i just wanted to make the situation less severe, hence a small joke.

No one at work knows I am struggling with my health

I quickly scanned through most of this post. I think CPAP therapy has done as much as it can. Now focus on fixing the rest of your health...especially the vitamin D deficiency and fatty liver/hepatitis.
1. Get copies of your blood work results. Then you don't have to try to remember what they were and you can bring the results to any other doctors you see.
2. Vitamin D deficiency will cause fatigue. Take the vitamin D and ask the doctor if you should be treated with a higher dose to get within normal range.
3. Fatty liver/hepatitis...Read up on the correct diet for fatty liver. *Do not drink alcohol. *Fats in food do not cause fatty liver, a high carbohydrate diet causes it. Look into a LCHF (low carb-high healthy fat) or keto diet. *Find a hepatologist (doctor who specializes in liver disease).
4. Do you have diabetes? Have you had an A1C blood test?
