neat looking but I don't see myself dropping $300 on a pillow.

For $300 they should get that model a hair makeover.

Looks like all the pillow does is provide a place to rest one arm. I can do that myself without spending $300.

Actually, it's only $99.95 for one pillow. It's $254.95 for three pillows.

For about $55 you can get a REALLY good quality buckwheat hull pillow. I am not affiliated in any way, but you could start reading about buckwheat hull pillows here. This company makes good ones. You can get cheap ones on eBay, but generally speaking they'll be.... uh... cheap ones!

Pillows are a lot more important than most folks realize even though we ALL know when we're trying to get to sleep and the pillow is no good.
