The new liners are made of microfleece. I use AirFit F10 as primary mask, and Quattro Air as backup.
I had trouble with Karen’s microfiber liners when I first started this journey 5 months ago, as something about the fabric irritated me and kept me from getting to sleep – I never figured out what the problem was. As a result I moved on to something else.
The F10 liner has slits in it for the arms that hold the upper straps. It would be nice to have the liner cover the arms as well, since the padding that is included with the F10 is really hard to put on and even harder to take off.
On the second night of my 3-night trial with the F10 microfleece liner, I was able to sleep through the night, although I don’t recommend using in warm climates. It’s really humid right now in Minnesota, and I wound up setting the AC cooler than usual that night to prevent waking up from discomfort halfway through the night. Third night went just as well.
I did not complete my 3-night trial with the Quattro Air. I haven’t used that mask since acquiring the F10 10 weeks ago, and I’ve gotten used to the freedom of sleeping without the forearm support/strap system. I used it for only part of last night, waking up often not because of the liner but because of the headstrap. I finally took the liner off at some point after that when I couldn’t control the leaks, and went back to the F10 and one of my homemade liners. I don’t know if this had anything to do with the new liner fabric or not, but since the fabric is thicker the extra fabric at the bottom corners where it folds over the mask may/may not have contributed to that large leak – but the forehead strap of that mask might also be a culprit. I did notice via Sleepyhead this morning that last night I experienced my first large leak since June 29, and it was the one that caused me to switch mask and liner.
The new fabric is comfortable, and some of you who are using padacheeks might want to try these new ones. They would be nice for winter if you live in a cold climate, and you might still want to use your current ones for warmer seasons.

Re: PAD-A-CHEEK REVIEW: New material for liners
I recently purchased the mask liners for the Fisher and Paykel mask from PAD-A-CHEEK. This is the first time I have felt so strongly about a product that I decided to write a review.
I DESPISE this product!
Putting the liner on the mask is not difficult. However, after putting the liner on, I found that the mask began squashing my nose when I put it on. So much that it was nearly impossible to breathe without my mouth open. I had to trim down the liner so that I could actually fit my face into it.
Once I had the mask trimmed down, it was time to try it with my CPAP machine. COMPLETE FAILURE. The mask is supposed to help stop leaks. Instead, it has more leaks than the North Korean navy. The liner prevents the mask from getting a good seal.
The mask liner is nothing more than a waste of time and money. I would have rather lit a $20 bill on fire and watched it burn. At least it would have been pretty to look at.
This product was a total waste, and I will NEVER do business with this company again.

I also have the F10 mask and using this pad a cheek liner has made the leaks unbearable, I look at my stats every day and they've gone through the roof when I use it, when I take the liner off I don't have any leaks, also the liners dye has leaked into the mask cushions making them pink

Re: PAD-A-CHEEK REVIEW: New material for liners
The F10 Padacheek liner I have is the older one. It does have an insert under the basic poly-fabric that is similar to fleece... it spans just around the bridge of the nose. At first I thought it might cause leaks but after using it for quite awhile I found it helps prevent leaks (at least in my case).

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

Make sure you are giving Karen from Padacheek this feedback, too. She will work with you to make it work for you.
